We want to make sure your Wedding is as perfect as it can be, which means using trusted vendors, experienced and knowledgeable professionals -who know about the ranch and will do everything they can to make it amazing, while making it fun and enjoyable (as it should be) throughout!
We are here for you during the whole process and your Wedding Day will be Private and the day will be all about you and your family and friends!
The Wedding Packages include everything listed and you are welcome to add-on extra nights, extra guests, etc. however the "All-Inclusive" means that we have included everything we truly feel that you will need, and must have, to make your Wedding an incredible, unforgettable Day and Night!

*Here is how to get it: 
you must have completed the booking process by November 30th, 2018... must also mention this special at the time of booking!!!  Booking is complete when you:
1.  Pick a Date
2.  Get back the Wedding Agreement back to us, signed and initialled on each page; 
3.  Have paid the Security Deposit of $5,000 *fully refundable after your Wedding, after contract completion, within 10 days, less damages, if any!

Lodging in main Ranch House= 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms in 6,000 square feet .... nice big kitchen, cable TV 
(Occupancy = 10 guests in beds/ double occupancy, + 5 extra guests allowed overnight: couches, cots, bring in air mattress, etc. = 15 total)
EXTRA NIGHTS = $1,200 per night

Lodging in Cottage = 2 separate rooms, 1 with kitchenette, half bathroom, 1 full size bed, 1 twin, (3 guests)); the other room has 1 full size bed and a half bath. (2 guests)  Can have separate entrances and can be shut off from one another.  (Occupancy = 5 total) 
EXTRA NIGHTS = $350 per night (must also rent house to rent cottage)

Each and Every Package includes the following listed items below:
The Larger Packages will include additional Shuttles as needed, and will also include additional nights of lodging, with a higher guest count.  Additional Nights can always be added on to any package.  The Per Wedding Guest Rate stays the same at $195 per person, added on to any package. 

  • Private Use of the Ranch! You won't be sharing it with others, it's your day!  You get 24 hours for you and your family!* (house and cottage sleeps 15 in beds, up to 20 total overnight ok!)

  • Lodging in the main house (6,000 square feet) - 1 Night {Wedding Night --sleeps 10 in beds}
  • Lodging in the cottage - 1 Night {Wedding night -sleeps 5 in beds}
  • Tables for Reception - 60" round tables or 8 ft. Long Tables (your choice!)
  • Gold Chiavari "Bamboo" chairs or white wood folding chairs or benches for your ceremony and reception (your choice!)
  • White Hotel Linens - full length tablecloths and napkins
  • Wedding Coordinator for Day Of!  8 hours on your big day, plus ahead of time coordination of 2 hrs. (email/phone/meeting)!
    Professional Staff included to execute the day of plan
  • Silver Flatware - Beautifully mismatched, the kind you save for Special Occasions, which this is.
  • Heirloom China Dinner Plates - Beautifully mismatched China! 
  • Large Glass Vases (if needed) for each table (fill them with your favorite flowers) -we also have various jars, milk glass vases & bottles available to use.
  • 15 x 15 Dance Floor
  • PROP Room Access - to use anything we've got in our large prop room you'd like to decorate for your Wedding at no extra charge (*unless broken/missing) 
  • 5 rustic cocktail tables
    Catered Food-Wedding Dinner and Staff!  We offer you a choice of our selected Caterers!  You will choose from the Vendors contracted for that year. One popular example is Barbecued Tri-Tip and Chicken, garden-fresh salad, garlic (or plain) mashed potatoes, beans, garlic bread, barbecue sauce!  Other menu's and Caterers offered upon request at no additional charge, please inquire! 
  • Set up, cleaning fee, and take down and clean up of all Wedding & Reception items provided (including trash/linens, etc.)
  • Bar Service including Professional Bartender and bar-back plus Open Bar for 5 consecutive hours! Champagne Toast, Beer, Wine, Soda, Water, Glasses, Ice, and Hard Alcohol and Mixed Drinks unlimited for 5 hours! Includes Glassware (champagne flute on table, low ball and wine glass at bar) and we include ball jars for the water glass.
  • Champagne Toast and pour included
  • Professional DJ / Master of Ceremonies, plus one sound system setup and microphone for 5 hours (plus a consultation ahead, you let him know what you want played!) Outdoor venues (which we are) are required to have all loud noise cut off by 10 p.m. 
  • Outside string lights
  • Rice Paper Lanterns upon request, we can put them up on the string lights! 
  • Rice Paper Parasols (if needed for the sun for your guests) You only pay if they get damaged or are missing altogether. {$6 per umbrella}
  • Restrooms for guests
  • Outdoor Commercial Heaters are available if needed  
  • Coffee Station, along with Tea and Decaf is included!  
  • Popcorn made and available for self serve take away bags for your guests at the time of their arrival.
  • Cake Cutting Service and Dessert Display. You bring your dessert, (e.g.: cake, cupcakes, cake pops) and we'll cut it and set it out and display. Ranch disposable plates/utensils/napkins provided  
  • Cleaning Fee included
  • Event Insurance included 
  • On-site Manager for the duration of your stay
  • Rehearsal Walk Through practice included 
  • Shuttle Service for 4 hours to/from the Pala Casino for your guests before your ceremony and after the reception, to get them up & down the hill safely. You are welcome to add on with shuttle company for additional hours if needed or airport pickup, etc.. Shuttle is not provided by the casino, we hire them directly ourselves!

*Extra Guests to attend the wedding over the package amount may be added on per person in the amount of $195 each.   All package prices include all applicable taxes, labor charges, as well as gratuities for the food and beverage portion! Please note: children are not discounted. 
Lodging included is always for the Wedding Night.

We suggest you book conservatively, as we can always add-on from what you have booked for, however we cannot take off.


Extra Details: 
Extra lodging may be added for $1,550 per night for the Cottage and the Ranch House; or $1,200 per additional night for the Ranch House only.  
(note: the cottage can only be rented if house is rented also!)

Ranch House sleeps 10 in beds, however we do allow 5 extra to stay overnight if you would like. Those extra 5 can sleep on the couches, a cot, a 4" mattress pad, or they can bring up their own air mattress. We allow up to 20 Maximum to stay overnight on the property if house and cottage are both booked.

Check in: noon and Check-out: noon

No Pets without permission and pets are NOT allowed inside  the main ranch house
(please contact us to ask about having your pet in the Wedding)  

Extra gatherings & parties besides the Wedding Day are not allowed.  For the wedding you may have as many guests as you wish as long as you pay for them, for other days if extra lodging is booked/purchased there is a maximum of 20 allowed onsite, except for a rehearsal, which 30 guests total is acceptable. 

We offer rentals (tables & chairs) for rehearsal dinners for an extra charge if needed. Large gatherings should be held off-site for those other events which you would like to have larger than 30.

 We think having only 1 Wedding per weekend is Perfect and makes your day incredibly Special!
